The Peabody Historic Cottage is tucked directly behind the Peabody House in downtown Eureka Springs. The cottage is in an extraordinary setting against the rock cliff walls that define Eureka Springs. In today’s terms it would be referred to as a “tiny cottage” with 357 sq. ft. of charm. It is the perfect setting for a romantic getaway. The cottage offers a uniquely private setting in the heart of downtown Eureka Springs.

1st Floor Living Room & Kitchenette

• Sink/Counter/Mini Fridge/Microwave
• Coffee Maker (Keurig and pods)
• Coffee mugs, plates, wine glasses, and cutlery for two
• Smart T.V. ( Roku: this means you can log into your own apps such as Netflix. We do not have standard cable)

2nd Floor Bedroom

• King Size Bed
• Iron and board
• Charming Private Balcony

An En Suite Bathroom

• Spa Tub For Two
• Shower (in Jacuzzi tub/combo)

 FREE on-site parking! Each of our suites is allowed 1 parking spot on our lot. We ask that you park snug. All parking in Eureka Springs is tight.

Walking distance to shops and restaurants! We are just 400 feet away with a cut through staircase to downtown off our street.

Please note that we are a historical property and are limited with modifications that can be made.

There are three STAIRCASES to get to this suite. Please consider if you are capable of STAIRS prior to booking.

Nightly Rates:

Rates vary depending on events, holidays, festivals, and season.

We are a seasonal town. March-November the towns

“season” is in full swing. Prices will go up and down depending on what peak events are going on.

A single cleaning fee will be added to each booking.
