We are very close to local breakfast restaurants and encourage you to give our local business owners a try!

The Amethyst is one of two suites located on the 2nd floor of The Peabody Main House.

The suite boasts a private entrance with balcony/porch overlooking the street and downtown area, perfect for morning coffee or evening music listening.

3 spaces make up the entire 403 ft² suite:

A Large Bedroom

• King Size Bed
• Electric Fireplace
• Iron and board
• Antique Work Desk
• Smart T.V. ( Roku: this means you can log into your own apps such as Netflix. We do not have standard cable)

A Sitting Room

• Comfy Chairs/café table
• Sofa
• Sink/Counter/Mini Fridge
• Coffee Maker (Keurig and pods)
• Coffee mugs, plates, wine glasses, and cutlery for two

An En Suite Bathroom

• Jacuzzi Tub For Two
• Shower (in Jacuzzi tub/combo)

 FREE on-site parking! Each of our suites is allowed 1 parking spot on our lot. We ask that you park snug. All parking in Eureka Springs is tight.

Walking distance to shops and restaurants! We are just 400 feet away with a cut through staircase to downtown off our street.

Please note that we are a historical property and are limited with modifications that can be made.

There are two STAIRCASES to get to this suite. Please consider if you are capable of STAIRS prior to booking.

Nightly Rates:

Rates vary depending on events, holidays, festivals, and season.

We are a seasonal town. March-November the towns

“season” is in full swing. Prices will go up and down depending on what peak events are going on.

A single cleaning fee will be added to each booking.
